This place is conveniently located near the train station, and the staff is hospitable and very nice.

All the staff was hospitable and caring, solved my issues. Got the same triple room booked online, truly enjoyed that. The beds were very comfy and there were a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. The location was stunning, right by train station, metro and buses and train station and the Colosseum.

The staff here are amazing and very attentive, and our room even had a bathtub, with a nice view of the city.

The location is amazing, right next to the main train station Termini so basically all the main sights are within walking distance.

Private and quiet rooms. Clean and well-maintained. Modern outlets with USB adapters. Effective AC and comfortable beds. Small and intimate atmosphere. Host stocked fridge with water and provided fruit. Friendly and helpful staff

really clean room with private bathroom. close to the central train station - making it easy to get to and from the airport. also near bus and metro stations for exploring the city. the host was super hospitable - offering croissants - apples, and bananas for breakfast. the internet was fast.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy guest house. The room was exactly like the photos - pretty and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The location near the station was convenient, and it took me just 30 minutes to walk to the attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the host gave me a warm welcome. They even left water, sweets, and store-bought croissants in the room, along with a kettle and tea bags. The internet and TV worked well, and the room was cleaned and towels changed every two days. great value for money and a lovely experience.

The breakfast could be improved by adding drinking glasses in the rooms or common area for tea or other warm drinks.

The room at Relaxon Guest House was perfect for me. It had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, which made my stay very convenient. The air-conditioned room with a flat-screen TV was a great addition, and I loved the city view from my window. The wardrobe provided ample space for my belongings, and the bed linen and towels were clean and comfortable. the room had everything I needed!

I personally didn't like that the room had an electric kettle. It's just not something I usually use during my stays.
